Our offering of goats and goat meat is available by appointment only. Our roadside vegetable stand does not have the capacity to keep our inventory of meat, and thus the requirement for orders. Our goat meat orders are for complete animals and are billed by flat fee. All of our meat is taken to an abattoir to be processed in a clean and inspected facility. After we deliver our livestock to the abattoir for processing, you will be able to order the specific goat meat cuts from the butcher that fit your needs. A limited supply of roaster chickens are also available.
