Our market was founded in 1995, so this year is our 15th anniversary! In the early years our sales were limited to naturally grown sweet corn. Since being founded our commodities have grown and changed. What has not changed is our commitment to offering local, natural and affordable produce. We are not currently certified organic because of the cost and time required to complete the process. However, we can promise that we strive to follow specific natural principles, because it means just as much to us, as it does to our customers. We have built a growing and committed customer base over the years that appreciate our dedication to affordable local food.
Our small family farm has been in the family for over 80 years and this pride is reflected in every vegetable we grow and animal we raise. Our meat is raised with the care and personal touch that you can only find on a small family farm. When the farm market opened, we only offered beef sales, however our focus is now raising quality goat meat. We pride ourselves on customer service, and connecting the shopper with the people and the land that grows their food.
